Customer Update Regarding Deliveries to EU Countries

Due to unprecedented disruption of deliveries to EU customers as a direct result of Brexit, Peakbody is notifying all EU customers that all orders received since January 4th 2021 are subject to possible delays with transport administration requirements. We are working hard to minimise these issues and are using a range of delivery partners to that end.

As of March 2021 we are seeing much better delivery times across Europe and the vast majority of shipments are arriving withing 5 working days to our clients, we notice slightly longer delays specifically to Sweden, around the 7-14 day mark. These delays, whilst temporary are however completely out of Peakbody’s control and we ask all of our clients to be patient and accept our unreserved apologies for any inconvenience caused.
