The studies reported improvements in these desire and distress outcomes. They did not demonstrate a significant difference in the number of satisfying sexual events, illustrating why each endpoint should be considered separately. Bremelanotide and the Vyleesi name
Bremelanotide is the active ingredient in Vyleesi, a branded prescription medicine. This association helps identify the clinical literature, but the 10mg research vial is not presented as that medicine or its approved formulation.
