We have been informed by our delivery partner DPD that there may be a delay to some deliveries in parts of London and Essex, in practical terms we expect this to mean to customers in these areas that any orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday 22nd May to likely arrive on Tuesday 28th May due in addition to the Bank Holiday Monday. DPD have told us that if you have given us your phone number you will be contacted if affected.

The information we have been given is below:

RideLondon - a festival of cycling - is taking place across Essex, East London and Central London from Friday 24 May to Sunday 26 May

There will be many road closures in Essex from Friday 24 May until Saturday 25 May, while road closures in East and Central London will be impacted on Sunday 26 May.

The closure of these roads will restrict the movement of our delivery vehicles over the weekend. As always, we will do everything possible to minimise any impact, however some parcels may incur a delay.

Any parcel deliveries that cannot be made from Friday 24 May to Sunday 26 May will be reattempted on Tuesday 28 May, following the Bank Holiday.
