What is Ligandrol LGD-4033?
Ligandrol is a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SARM). Ligandrol was developed to be used for treatments such as muscle wasting and osteoporosis. Athletes have been using it for its anabolic muscle-building effects.
How does Ligandrold LGD-4033 work?
Like other SARMs, Ligandrol binds to androgen receptors and demonstrate bone and muscular anabolic activity but unlike anabolic steroids, these agents produce less of a growth effect on the prostate and other secondary sexual organs comparatively SARMs have fewer risks associated than most performance enhancing drugs.
Is Ligandrol prohibited

SARMs or Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator are a class of androgen receptor ligands. They are intended to have similar effects as androgenic drugs but have less side effects by their selective action, giving them more legitimate use than anabolic steroids.
As many of you know, judging by our emails and social media messages, there is some concern regarding the supply of SARMs following the decision of the Chinese Government to criminalise many performance-enhancing compounds (http://english.court.gov.cn/2019-11/20/content_37524202.htm). This ban took effect 1st January 2020.
The ban follows pressure by the US Government which often occurs during the time leading up to Olympic years and is further exacerbated by the ongoing trade-war between the two nations. This will make world-wide supply of SARMS and associated products sporadic and uncertain for the majority of 2020 at least. It will also coincide with planned legislation in the US to further control

Testolone, or as known by its more popular name, RAD140 is currently one of the most popular selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs).
What is RAD140
RAD140 (Testolone) is a SARM. SARMs (selective androgen receptor modulators) have gained a lot of popularity over the last few years due to them being seen as a safer alternative to steroids and prohormones. As their name implies, their mechanism is selective and targets particular functions of bone and muscle. In the case of RAD140, it is found to help grow muscle mass and strength.
RAD140 is considered one of the "strongest" SARMs, and due to it being a relatively newly developed there's not a great deal of research available on RAD140. The research that has thus far been conducted has been positive including possible protection against neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's

SARMs were introduced 21 years ago this year. In this blog we're going to talk a little bit about them.
What are SARMs?
Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators or SARMs are compounds that are non-steroidal and product anabolic effects in bone and muscle. SARMs have been found to increase lean mass, even in short periods.
How are they used?
First introduced in 1998, they were developed to have the benefits of steroids while being safer and having fewer side effects. They are constantly being studied and currently considered research compounds. You will be able to find people up and down the internet talking highly of their experiences with them.
Are they Safe?
There’s no evidence to suggest that SARMs are unsafe in the most common dosages. It has

When it comes to developing size and strength, volume and intensity are going to be the two key training ingredients you will need. It’s set in stone, you just can’t avoid them. The truth is, if you don’t manage your volume and intensity throughout your training journey, it’s going to become near impossible to build the size and strength you want. Now, it’s been firmly established that if you want maximal strength, then high-intensity training is the way to go. Simply put, as you throw more weight on the

Growth Hormone For Enhanced Muscle Growth
If you are interested in building maximum amounts of muscle mass, then the chances are, you have came across what is known as the peptide hormone: growth hormone. Well, it's good if you have because when it comes to maximising your muscle gains, growth hormone is a pretty big deal! Simply put, growth hormone is released by a structure in the brain called the pituitary gland. Once growth hormone is released, it stimulates the liver to produce IGF-1 (insulin-like

The Scoop On Muscle Protein Synthesis
So we all know that muscle protein synthesis (MPS) is required to build new muscle. Pretty simple, right? It’s building muscle 101. More MPS means that more building blocks can be produced that go towards the production of new lean muscle tissue. It’s well known now that resistance training is the best way of increasing this MPS, which typically persists ~48 hours after your resistance training session. The more training sessions per week you have (provided your recovery is also accommodated for), the more you keep MPS in a heightened state. Great for your gains!
As muscle growth is a balancing game between the rate of MPS and muscle protein breakdown (MPB), the more often MPS stays in a heightened stay, the more likely MPS is going to exceed MPB and the greater the chance of new muscle growth. This is really the basis for muscle hypertrophy over time. More training means more MPS, which means greater than MPB, which ultimately leads to -

More Protein, More Muscle Gains!
I am sure most of you have an idea of why we need protein in our diets: for growth and repair of muscle tissue. Well ok, that was pretty simple! We all knew that. However, while most people will try to get in enough protein during a muscle building phase, protein can be pretty overlooked when looking to actually lose weight. I mean after all, the importance of weight loss is not to actually build up, but to trim down, right? Correct, but you don’t want to trim down everything! Even if you want to lose weight, you job should still be to preserve as much muscle mass as possible while losing fat only. This is why protein is also essential during your weight loss journey. Not only should you pay close attention to your protein intake during a muscle building phase, but also, during a weight loss phase. It’s also better for your fat loss efforts over the long-term!
When trying to lose
